When can I expect my order after purchase?
Our orders take approximately 2-3 weeks to be shipped once the order is placed. During the Holiday season, shipping delays may occur through various mail carriers.
Do you offer bulk group discounts?
Yes. Please send us an email to discuss the amounts and the discounts we offer for this.
If my size is not listed on an item or is listed as sold out, is it still something available?
If it is not listed in the brand or color you would like, we can usually find this in a different brand option. Please email us at wewillowworks@gmail.com to request.
Can I request a different color or alteration to a design listed?
Yes. We can alter any design listed and do offer various color options for apparel, designs, and threading for embroidery. Please email us at weweillowworks@gmail.com for questions related to this.
How do I wash the embroidered glitter apparel items?
Wash these items inside out to prevent the damage to the glitter during washing and drying. It may best to air dry.

FAQs for Gift Cards
How do I check my gift card balance?
An initial email with the gift card balance is sent. After entering the gift card code at checkout, the remaining balance appears.
Can I set a specific time to send the email to the recipient?
No. If you would like to sent an email to the recipient later, then please select the Email to You delivery option at checkout. You may then forward the email or the PDF at the desired time.
Can I split an order between a gift card and a credit card?
Yes. If your order total exceeds the value remaining on the gift card, you may pay the balance using standard payment methods.
May I use more than one gift card on an order?
Yes. You may apply multiple gift cards to an order.
Can I use less than the full value of my gift card?
When using a gift card, the full value of the gift card is always applied. It’s not possible to partially redeem a gift card unless the order total is less than the gift card balance.
Do sale pricing and discounts apply to purchasing gift cards?
No. Sales pricing and discount codes can’t be applied to purchasing a gift card. However, these discounts apply to orders made using a gift card.
Can I buy multiple gift cards in one order? Or purchase a gift card with other products?
No. When purchasing a gift card, customers go directly to checkout after clicking purchase, similar to express checkout.
Can gift cards be refunded?
Yes, we may refund unused gift cards. Partially used gift cards cannot be refunded.
